Inductive position measuring systems

The BIP inductive position measuring systems are impressive even when installation conditions are tight: Perfectly integrable, they measure the position of metallic objects with the highest precision without contact and therefore also without wear. They reliably record linear measurement paths using a simple target. A simple component of the machine, such. B. the rotating disc can already act as a target. Depending on the version, the measured values are output via IO-Link or as an analog output signal. The main area of application for the sensors is the monitoring of drive spindles and clamping devices. Here the inductive position measuring systems ensure an error-free clamping process. In addition, the positioning system can be used in mechanical engineering for many other applications with linear movements, e.g. B. to record the punching depth, gripper positions, roller positions, valve positions, etc. The high repeat accuracy ensures optimal process quality.
