Minimal atomizer - ZMIN-V60

This atomizer is designed to be simple and easy to use, so it always works. It has a very compact design (95 x 35 x 32 mm).

The ZMIN minimal atomizer has a built-in fluid shut-off valve. It only switches to flow when compressed air is present and shuts off the fluid supply immediately if the compressed air is interrupted. This simplifies the control, as this is only done via the compressed air, for example via a 3/2-way valve.

The liquid is simply fed in from above (e.g. via connection to a container). This fluid supply allows the ZMIN to work with very little air consumption. The spray pattern can be adjusted by adjusting the scattered air and liquid throttle can be finely adjusted. The higher the proportion of scattered air, the finer the droplet formation.
