Product Description

All around atomizer - ZR HEAD

360° finest fogging - all around. This is ideal for wetting inaccessible cavities or in pipes. The 6-fold spray head measures just 14 mm in diameter and atomizes all flowing media from oil to water. The 40 cm stainless steel spacer bar ensures a stable connection between the spray head and the connection distributor for compressed air and the medium.

Function:

The liquid hose is placed in an unpressurized container.
The atomizer should always be placed slightly above the maximum liquid level in the container.
If there is compressed air, it will be atomized immediately
A built-in check valve [vertical installation position] in the hose prevents the liquid from sinking too quickly.
The atomizer can be controlled either permanently or intermittently by a control unit – but always in well-dosed quantities.
In the center of the air jet, the liquid is supplied efficiently and cleanly.
The amount of air and liquid can be finely adjusted via the air and liquid throttle (see photo).
