Tipo 0142 - Valvola servoassistita a membrana a 2/2 vie
La valvola 0142 è una valvola a membrana servoassistita. Per aprire e chiudere la valvola è necessaria una pressione differenziale minima di 0,5 bar. A seconda delle applicazioni sono disponibili svariate combinazioni di materiali della membrana e funzionamenti diversi. La valvola pilota a 3/2 vie può essere facilmente modificata nella sua modalità di funzionamento da NC a NO ruotandola nella propria sede. Un feedback di posizione della valvola pilota è possibile tramite un segnale di commutazione o un segnale NAMUR. Le bobine magnetiche sono rivestite in resina epossidica ad alta resistenza applicata a pressione. Per l’avviamento e la verifica la valvola 0142 è dotata di un comando manuale. Per ridurre l’assorbimento elettrico durante il funzionamento, le bobine sono disponibili con elettronica “Kick and Drop” (KD) con tecnologia a doppia bobina.
